Travel (formerly Crowded)

Few things in the world could compare to the sensation of performing live. Be playing a song and look to all that people jumping, yelling, singing and heartbeating at the rythm that the band dictates is simply awesome. And crowd surfing must be like the cherry on the cake, i haven’t furfed on my own, but who knows, maybe it will be soon.

This is definitively the most complicated illustration i’ve ever done. It take me about 20 hours drawing and painting in photoshop. This was originally intended for the last week’s crowded topic but as you may notice I couldn’t finish it on time. This week topic is travel and, as the guy in the pic is travelling above all that crowd I think is ok to use it. See? I’m a practical guy :D.

Esta es mi participación de esta semana — y de la que sigue— para Illustration Friday. Es probablemente una de las ilustraciones que mas tiempo me han tomado segun mis cálculos fueron aroximadamente 20 horas de pintar en Photoshop. El tema de la semana pasada fue crowded (qué se me ocurre traducír como engentado) y el de ésta es travel (viaje). Cómo no pude terminar la ilustración a tiempo para la semana pasada, entonces estoy haciendo trampa y la uso para esta semana tambien. Hombre prevenído vale por dos.
